AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF DEL NORTE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE DEL NORTE COUNTY CODE RELATING TO CANNABIS CULTIVATION REGULATIONS.

Summary: This ordinance proposes updated setback requirements, permit renewal procedures, and water usage reporting standards for licensed cannabis cultivation operations in unincorporated Del Norte County.
